Realme’s C-Series Phones Could Feature Dynamic Island-Like ‘Mini Capsule’
Last year, Apple ditched the notch in favor of the pill-shaped Dynamic Island for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max. Now, Realme appears to have been inspired by Apple's design, with leaked images revealing a similar Dynamic Island-like cutout.
Realme C-Series to Debut Mini Capsule Design
Recently, Realme CEO Madhav Sheth hinted at a pill-shaped cutout for a Realme phone in a now-deleted tweet. The company planned to call it the Realme Mini Capsule and feature it in its upcoming C-series smartphones. Rumors are rife that it is the Xiaomi 13 Lite.

Going by the image, we can expect Realme's Mini Capsule to borrow heavily from Apple's Dynamic Island. It will include a charging indicator, with the battery percentage on the right-hand side.
The image also confirms that the Realme smartphone will support SuperVOOC fast charging. The Mini Capsule will likely include shortcuts for actions, such as incoming phone calls, notifications, and alerts. Some reports suggest that the feature could debut on the Realme C55.
Realme C55 Features
The Realme C55 is expected to arrive as a budget or mid-range smartphone. It passed the BIS certification earlier this month, hinting at an imminent launch. It was also spotted on the NBTC, FCC of America, and other certification sites.
The C55 will pack a 4,880mAh battery pack with support for 33W fast charging. This will make it the first smartphone in the C-series to get 33W fast charging tech. It will also include a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
The Realme C55 will boot Android 13 out of the box with a layer of Realme UI 4.0 on top. As of now, there's no word on other specifics, such as the handset's display, processor, and storage models.
