Redmi Note 17 Price in India Revealed Ahead of Launch in August: Check Full Specifications Here

The Redmi Note 17 series is set to make its debut in India next month. To recall, the Redmi Note 17 and Note 17 Pro made their debuts in China earlier this month. While the company has already teased the launch of the Note 17, new information has emerged about its pricing.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Redmi Note 17 price in India will start from Rs 30,000, presumably Rs 29,999, for the 6GB/128GB model. Moreover, the handset is also expected to come in an 8GB/128GB configuration that will set you back Rs 33,000 or Rs 32,999.

While an official launch date is yet to be announced, we expect the Redmi Note 17 series to debut in India some time next month. Additionally, the teasers and reports are yet to reveal the launch of the Note 17 Pro model in the country.

Redmi Note 17 Specifications

The Redmi Note 17 features a large 7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 1,080 x 2,396 pixel resolution. The panel offers up to 1,800 nits peak brightness for improved outdoor visibility and supports touch input even with wet or gloved hands.

Powering the device is a massive 8,000mAh battery with an energy density of 821Wh/L. Xiaomi claims the phone can deliver up to 22 hours of continuous video playback on a single charge. It supports 45W wired fast charging as well as 22.5W reverse wired charging for powering compatible accessories and devices.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 17 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset, built on a 4nm process. The processor is paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. Users also get a hybrid microSD card slot for additional storage expansion.

For photography, the Redmi Note 17 features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera, while an 8-megapixel front-facing camera handles selfies and video calls. The handset is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i on the front and comes with an IP65 rating for dust and splash resistance.
