Wang Teng Thomas recently posted about the performance and power efficiency of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4, praising it as a balanced chipset for high-performance smartphones. When asked by a Weibo user if the new Redmi device powered by this chip would launch in April, Thomas simply responded with "can"-a short but suggestive nod to an imminent release.

This casual confirmation hints that Redmi's Turbo 4 Pro could hit shelves before the month wraps up, despite previous rumors pointing to potential delays following a tragic Xiaomi SU7 accident that had raised concerns across the tech community.

Though not officially confirmed, several leaks have sketched out a fairly complete picture of what the Turbo 4 Pro might bring. It's expected to sport a 6.83-inch OLED LTPS display with a 1.5K resolution and an ultra-slim design.
