Relme GT Neo 5 SE With New Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 SoC Could Launch Soon

Just last week, Realme launched the GT Neo 5 5G with 240W fast charging in China. The smartphone is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset and is rumored to launch globally as the Realme GT 3. According to the latest reports, the smartphone maker is also working on another variant, the Realme GT Neo 5 SE.

New Snapdragon SoC Spotted on AnTuTu

Tipster Digital Chat Station spotted the yet-unannounced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 Soc on the AnTuTu benchmarking site. According to the listing, the chipset scored an impressive 1,029,731 points. This SoC will arrive as an upgraded version of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 Soc, which powers the Xiaomi 13 Lite and Redmi Note 13. If reports are to be believed, the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 processor could power the upcoming Realme GT Neo 5 SE.

Currently, there's no word from Qualcomm regarding the new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 1 chipset. However, we can expect more details to appear soon, as the processor has already visited the AnTuTu benchmarking website.

As of now, not much is known about the alleged Realme GT Neo 5 SE either. As per rumors, the smartphone will be lower variant of the GT Neo 5, which launched last week in China. Rumors suggest that the device will also debut in India soon. Meanwhile, let's have a look at the Realme GT Neo 5 specs.

The Realme GT Neo 5 5G is powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor. It is accompanied by up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. The smartphone supports up to 240W fast charging with a 4,600mAh battery. There's also a 150W model with a 5,000mAh battery.

When it comes to the display, the GT Neo 5 has a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen. The display has a refresh rate of 144Hz and a max brightness of up to 1400 nits.

The smartphone features a triple-camera setup with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP macro lens. It also has a 16MP front camera for selfies.
