Samsung Galaxy A56 With Exynos 1580 Spotted Geekbench; Reveals Performance Score and Features

The Samsung Galaxy A56 has been reportedly spotted on Geekbench listing, revealing processor and other details. The same handset with the model number SM-A566B/DS already visited the IMEI database. While the brand is yet to confirm its existence, here's what leaks and rumours suggest.

Samsung Galaxy A56 Spotted on Geekbence Listing

As per the Geekbench listing, the Galaxy A56 has the model number SM-A566B, revealing the presence of the Exynos 1580 processor. It has scored 1,341 in single-core and 3,836 in multi-core tests. The Exynos 1580 processor is codenamed 'Santa' and is expected to compete with Qualcomm's Snapdragon 888 SoC. Even the chip has better scores compared to the Exynos 1480 processor that powers the Galaxy A55 5G.

Moreover, the Samsung Galaxy A56 is tipped to ship with Android 15 OS. While other features of the phone are still unknown, the Geekbench listing suggests the Exynos 1580 processor features a three-cluster CPU architecture that has one prime core clocked at 2.91GHz, 3 x performance cores clocked at 2.6GHz and 4 x efficiency cores clocked at 1.95GHz.

As of now, the launch timeline is still a mystery. The brand launched the Galaxy A55 this year in March. If it follows the same timeline, the launch of the upcoming Galaxy A56 could take place first quarter of the next year.
