Samsung Galaxy F06 5G, Galaxy M06 5G India Launch Just Around the Corner After Recent BIS Certification
Samsung is expected to launch two new budget 5G phones namely -- Galaxy F06 and Galaxy M06 soon in India. While there's no official confirmation on the same, both phones were spotted on the BIS certification, hinting at an imminent launch. Here's what to expect from the upcoming Galaxy F06 5G and the Galaxy M06 5G.
Samsung Galaxy F06 5G and Galaxy M06 5G India Launch Expected Soon
The upcoming Samsung phones were spotted (via MySmartPrice) on the BIS certification with the SM-E066B/DS and SM-M066B/DS model numbers, which are said to be associated with the Galaxy F06 5G and Galaxy M06 5G phones.

However, the certification doesn't reveal any other details of the upcoming phones. However, the presence of DS in the model numbers suggests that both models will come with dual SIM card slots.
Both the upcoming Samsung phones are believed to come as successors to the Galaxy F05 and Galaxy M05, respectively. To recall, the Galaxy F05 and the Galaxy M05 were launched last year under Rs 10,000 segment. Both units lack 5G connectivity and run the same MediaTek Helio G85 SoCs.
They have the same 6.7-inch (720 x 1600 pixels) HD+ LCD screens with 60Hz refresh rates. For optics, both devices offer a 50MP dual rear camera system and an 8MP selfie camera. They also pack the same 5000mAh batteries with support for 25W fast charging.
However, the launch timeline of both the upcoming Galaxy F06 5G and M06 5G is also unknown at this moment. We expect to get more details in the coming days. Now, the brand is prepping to unveil its flagship Galaxy S25 lineup at the Galaxy Unpacked event on January 22.
