Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Official Renders Surface Ahead of January 22 Launch; Everything We Know So Far
Samsung is gearing up to launch next-gen Galaxy S25 series smartphones next week. The lineup will comprise at least three models -- the Galaxy, S25, Galaxy S25 Plus, and the Galaxy S25 Ultra. While Samsung hasn't provided any details about the upcoming models, there's a chance the new addition Galaxy S25 Slim could arrive alongside the regular models.

Samsung Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+: What We Know So Far
Both the Galaxy S25 and the Galaxy S25+ will share the same design except for their sizes. The standard model is said to be the most compact phone in the S25 lineup. Both phones will have flat displays, flat backplates, and a flat frame all around. Moreover, the renders of the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ have surfaced in Iceblue, Mint, Navy, and Silver Shadow colours.

In terms of features, the Galaxy S25 will have a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with fullHD+ (2340 x 1080) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
Moreover, the Galaxy S25 will likely pack a 4,000mAh battery with 25W wired charging. For imaging, it's expected to offer a triple rear camera system including a 50MP main camera, 12MP ultrawide camera, and a 10MP telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom. Upfront, it will opt for a 12MP selfie camera.
It will run Android 15 with Samsung's One UI 7 skin on the software front. Lastly, the Galaxy S25 will measure 146.9 x 70.5 x 7.2mm in dimension and weigh 162 grams. For connectivity, it will support dual SIM setup, eSIM, while Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 5.3.

The Samsung Galaxy S25+ is said to sport a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with 3120 x 1440 (WQHD) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
Moreover, the handset will also have the same connectivity features, software version, and the 50MP triple rear camera system (50MP+12MP+10MP) and 12MP selfie camera as the standard Galaxy S25.
However, the Galaxy S25+ will pack a larger 4,900mAh battery with 45W charging support. It will measure 158.4 x 75.8 x 7.3mm in dimension and weigh 190 grams.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra: What We Know So Far
While the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will have the same flat display and flat backplates, it will feature quar rear cameras that will be placed in the same pattern as the Galaxy S24 Ultra. The Ultra variant will be available in Titanium Black, Titanium Gray, Titanium Silver Blue, and Titanium White Silver colours.
In terms of features, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will flaunt a large 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with WQHD (3120 x 1440) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 8 Elite will power the Ultra variant too, which will be paired with 12GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. The device will also pack a 5,000mAh battery with 45W wired charging.
For cameras, there will be a quad camera system including a 200MP main camera, a 50MP ultrawide camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with OIS and 5x optical zoom, and a 10MP telephoto unit with OIS and 3x optical zoom support. Upfront, it will get a 12MP camera for selfies and videos.
The Galaxy S25 Ultra will also ship with Android 15 OS and the same connectivity features as its siblings. Lastly, it will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm in dimension and weigh 218 grams. It's also worth noting that all three models will launch with the next evolution of Galaxy AI.
