Samsung Galaxy F14 5G Google Play Listing Reveals Key Specs Of Budget Android Smartphone

A recent Google Play listing has revealed that Samsung is readying a budget Android smartphone. The Samsung Galaxy F14, likely to be powered by a Samsung Exynos chipset, will be a part of the Samsung Galaxy M series in some markets.

The Samsung Galaxy F14 5G will succeed last year’s Samsung Galaxy F13. The appearance of the smartphone in a Google Play listing hints at an impending launch. Let us look at all the available details about the upcoming Samsung device.

Samsung Galaxy F14 5G Specifications, Features

It is important to note that Samsung hasn't acknowledged the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G is in the works. Therefore, all present information about the device has been collated from Google Pay listings, leaks, and rumors.

The Google Play Listing confirms that the upcoming device will be called the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G and also indicates that it will feature a Samsung Exynos 1330 chipset, a capable SoC at the lower end of the midrange segment.

The Samsung Exynos 1330 has been made using the 5nm EUV fabrication process. The octa-core chipset packs two Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz, and six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. These processors are paired with a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU.

The listing further confirms that the Samsung Galaxy F14 will support 5G networks. Its predecessor, the Samsung Galaxy F13, is likely to be the last Galaxy F series smartphone limited to 4G networks.

The Samsung Galaxy F14 5G may feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ PLS LCD screen with a waterdrop-style display. The screen is rumored to have a resolution of 1,080 x 2,408 pixels with a pixel density of 450 PPI.

Samsung Galaxy F14 5G Price, Launch, and Availability In India

The Samsung Galaxy F13 launched in India last June. Hence it is likely that Samsung may launch the Samsung Galaxy F14 5G in India in June this year.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G, which has similar specifications to that of the F14 5G, ships with 4GB RAM. Buyers can opt for either 64GB or 128GB of internal storage.

The 4GB + 64GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G costs UAH 8,299 (approx. ₹18,300), and the 4GB + 128GB variant is available for UAH 8,999 (approx. ₹19,900). The Samsung Galaxy F14 5G could also have a similar price if or when the smartphone launches in India.
