Samsung Galaxy M14 5G India Launch Imminent As Official Support Page For Android Smartphone Goes Live

Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G this week, but the smartphone is currently available only in Ukraine. The midrange Android phone should launch in India soon primarily because Samsung has put up an official Support Page for the Galaxy M14 5G on its Indian website.

Samsung has been launching several smartphones under the Galaxy M series, including affordable midrange Android smartphones. These aggressively priced Android phones tend to have Samsung's own Exynos chipsets.

Samsung Galaxy M14 5G Support Page Confirms India Launch

Samsung should launch the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G in India soon. A device named the SM-146B/DS has just received its own Support Page on Samsung's Indian website.

Incidentally, a Samsung smartphone with the same model number recently secured India's BIS certification. Simply put, Samsung has secured all relevant certifications for the Galaxy M14 5G.

Samsung is testing yet another smartphone with nearly identical specifications. The Galaxy F14 5G has been spotted on a Google Play listing. Incidentally, the F14 5G appears to be powered by the same Samsung Exynos chipset that's embedded inside the Galaxy M14 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is available in Ukraine. The price of the Samsung smartphone with 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage is set at UAH 8,299 (approx.₹18,300). The higher variant of the Galaxy M14 5G packs 4GB RAM as well, but internal storage is bumped to 128GB. It costs UAH 8,999 (approx. ₹19,900).

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has a 6.6-inch Full HD+ PLS LCD screen with a 2408 x 1080 pixels resolution. The 1080p screen has an Infinity-U notch that houses a 13MP front-facing camera.

Samsung's Exynos 1330 chipset powers the Galaxy M14 5G. The octa-core chipset packs two Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.4GHz, and six Cortex-A55 efficiency cores clocked at 2.0GHz. These processors are paired with a Mali-G68 MP2 GPU.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G ships with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. There's a variant with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage as well. A microSD card slot can help expand onboard storage.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G features a triple camera setup on the back, comprising a 50MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture. It is accompanied by a 2MP depth sensor and another 2MP macro camera. As mentioned above, the Galaxy M14 5G has a 13MP front-facing camera that's housed within a centrally aligned waterdrop notch at the top of the screen.

The highlight of the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is undoubtedly its 6,000mAh battery, which supports 25W wired fast charging via a USB Type-C port. Samsung isn't offering a charger in the retail box of the Galaxy M14 5G.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, but a 3.5mm headphone jack seems to be missing. Other notable connectivity options and features of the Samsung smartphone include 5G, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, and GPS. The smartphone weighs 206 grams and measures 166.8 × 77.2 × 9.4mm.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G runs Android 13 with OneUI 5 custom layer. Samsung has promised two major Android OS updates and four years of security updates for the smartphone.
