Samsung Galaxy M15 5G Launch in India Teased; Could Be Priced Under Rs 15,000

Samsung has teased the arrival of the Galaxy M55 5G in India. Alongside, the brand will also be launching another M-series smartphone named the Galaxy M15 5G which was unveiled earlier this month in select markets.

A dedicated microsite for the Galaxy M15 5G has gone live on Amazon, confirming its availability on the e-commerce site. The phone is also tipped to come under Rs 15,000 segment in India.

Samsung Galaxy M15 5G: What to Expect?

The Amazon teaser confirms the Galaxy M15 5G will ship with a massive 6,000 mAh battery. It is also confirmed to feature a sAMOLED panel which will measure 6.5 inches. The phone will offer a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate.

It will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ SoC paired with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage which will support an additional storage expansion via a microSD card. On the software front, the Galaxy M15 5G will run Android 14 OS and pack a 25W fast charging.

There will be a triple camera setup on the back which will include a 50MP primary camera, a 5MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro camera. For selfies and videos, the Samsung Galaxy M15 5G will get a 13MP front-facing camera sensor. Other features will include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a single speaker.

Samsung Galaxy M15 5G Expected Price in India

As far as the price is concerned, the Samsung Galaxy M15 is expected to come with a starting price of Rs 13,499 for the base 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option, while the high-end 6GB RAM/128GB variant will cost Rs 14,999.

Further, the launch date of the upcoming Galaxy M15 5G is yet to be announced. We expect the brand will soon reveal the launch date of both the Galaxy M15 5G and the Galaxy M55 5G. The latter will be a mid-range offering, which is expected to come starting at Rs 26,999.
