Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Possibly Launching Q4 2023 Despite Cancelation Rumors
The Samsung Galaxy S23 FE seems to be shrouded in mystery. A few days back, reports emerged that Samsung had ditched its plans to launch the Galaxy S23 FE this year.
Now, a leak from a Korean blog suggests that the phone will indeed be released later this year. Furthermore, some device specifications have leaked, giving us a good idea of what to expect from this phone, assuming it launches at all.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE Could Debut in Q4 2023
A Sisa Journal report suggests that Samsung will launch the Galaxy S23 FE smartphone in Q4 of this year. Samsung has reportedly finalized the design and is working with partners for production. Mass production is said to begin in the third quarter of this year.

According to the report, the South Korean company plans to release the phone to bridge the gap between the flagship Galaxy S23 and the midrange Galaxy A54.
The Galaxy A7x series used to be a step above the Galaxy A5x series, but it doesn't look to be the case here. Because the Galaxy A74 is not rumored to be in the works, this report coincides with the end of the A7x series.
Samsung Galaxy S23 FE: Rumored Specifications
The Samsung Galaxy S23, according to the report, will use an older Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset. It's strange that Samsung chose this chipset over the improved Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, given the 8 Gen 1's thermal and efficiency issues.
As for the display, the Galaxy S23 will have an AMOLED panel with a refresh rate of 120Hz.
In terms of optics, the phone will have a triple-camera setup, though no details on the camera configuration are available.
Take these rumors with a grain of salt because they could change drastically in the coming months. We'll keep you updated as new information about the Galaxy S23 FE becomes available.
