Samsung Galaxy S25 FE Leak Hints at Exynos 2400, LTPO Display, and Qi2 Charging Support
Samsung’s Fan Edition (FE) lineup continues to grow, and while the company focused on its foldables at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event, fresh leaks about the Galaxy S25 FE have started gaining traction online.

Exynos 2400 Chipset Expected
According to a report by TechManiacs, the upcoming Galaxy S25 FE is expected to be powered by Samsung’s Exynos 2400 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM. This is the same chip family found in select variants of the Galaxy S24 lineup (and also in the new Z Flip7 FE) and could provide a similar level of performance.
Samsung may also introduce three onboard storage options: 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB, allowing users more flexibility across price tiers. There is no word yet on whether all markets will receive the Exynos version or if a Snapdragon variant will also be available.
6.7-Inch LTPO AMOLED Display With 120Hz Refresh Rate
One of the more significant rumored upgrades is the display. The Galaxy S25 FE is tipped to feature a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel with LTPO technology, allowing a variable refresh rate between 1Hz and 120Hz. The resolution is expected to be Full-HD+, and the screen could come protected with Gorilla Glass Victus+.
If accurate, this would make it one of the few mid-range Samsung devices to offer an LTPO screen, potentially improving both battery life and smoothness of user experience.
Triple Rear Cameras and a Selfie Upgrade
The rear camera setup is said to remain largely consistent with previous FE models. The leak points to a 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom.
On the front, the selfie camera may see a bump in resolution. The Galaxy S25 FE is rumored to feature a 12MP front camera, an upgrade over the Galaxy S24 FE’s 10MP shooter.
Battery Capacity and Charging Improvements
Samsung appears to be focusing on incremental upgrades in the battery department. The Galaxy S25 FE could pack a 4,900mAh battery, up from the 4,700mAh unit found in its predecessor. Support for 45W fast charging is also expected.
Interestingly, the phone was recently listed on the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC), where the design and charging features were partially confirmed. According to the listing, the Galaxy S25 FE may support Qi2 wireless charging, a new standard offering faster and more efficient power delivery over compatible pads.
Software Support and Design Details
The handset is also rumored to be in line with Samsung’s broader update policy, which means it could receive seven years of software support—the same as the flagship Galaxy S25 series.
Design-wise, leaked renders and WPC certification suggest a look similar to the Galaxy S24 FE, though thinner bezels are reportedly in the works. Final design and finish details remain under wraps, with no official images or confirmations from Samsung yet.
