Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Configurations Revealed Ahead of Expected Launch in January

The next-gen Galaxy S25 series is expected to arrive next month, which will likely comprise at least three models --- the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Now, the latest development has revealed the configurations for all models.

In addition, the Galaxy S25 Ultra has also appeared on the NBTC certification platform, just ahead of the expected launch in January.

Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Configurations Revealed

The Samsung Galaxy S25 is tipped to come with 128GB and 256GB storage options, and the Galaxy S25+ will be available in 256GB and 512GB storage variants. The Ultra variant is likely to come in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage options. However, the leak doesn't reveal the RAM details for any of these models.

Another source revealed that the 256GB variant of the S25 Ultra will have 12GB of RAM. On the other hand, the 512GB and 1TB variants will have 16GB of RAM. On the other side, the Galaxy S25 Ultra was spotted with model number SM-S938B/DS on NBTC's database.

In terms of features, the S25 and S25+ are expected to be powered by Samsung's in-house Exynos 2500 and the Snapdragon 8 Elite, respectively. They are tipped to feature 6.2-inch and 6.7-inch displays, respectively. On the other hand, the Galaxy S25 Ultra could ship with the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Samsung Galaxy S25 Series Expected Launch

According to a report from South Korea's The Financial News reveals that the Samsung Galaxy S25 series will be announced at a Galaxy Unpacked event on January 23, 2025, which will be held in San Franciso, USA.

Another leaker stated that the launch will take place in the first week of 2025. Since all are speculations, we'd suggest our readers to wait for the official confirmation.
