Samsung Galaxy S9, Galaxy S9+ prices leak; to be priced starting Rs. 67,000
This is how much the Galaxy S9 might cost!
Samsung is eagerly awaited to unveil its upcoming flagship smartphones - the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ on February 25 that is a day before the commencement of the MWC 2018. Even before the announcement of these smartphones, we have been coming across several leaks and speculations revealing almost all the details of these devices.

Now, the Twitter-based tipster Evan Blass with a good track record has revealed that the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ would be more expensive than the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+. While this is already known and also makes sense given the improvements and upgrades that the new flagships will bring in, Blass has revealed exactly how much these phones might cost.
According to him, the Galaxy S9 might be priced around 841 euros (approx. Rs. 67,000) and the Galaxy S9+ could be priced around 997 euros (approx. Rs. 80,000). Notably, these could be the cost of the models with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC. Given that Blass has been almost accurate on his claims, we can expect the Snapdragon variant of the Galaxy S9 duo to be priced as mentioned above. On the other hand, the Exynos 9810 SoC variant of the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ that might be launched in India could be a little cheaper than this.
Yesterday, Flipkart teased the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ Indian availability and release by hosting a teaser page on its website. The dedicated page for the Galaxy S9 duo makes us believe that the flagship phones could be exclusive to the online retailer and might be released soon in India.
While the announcement of these smartphones is slated to happen on February 25 in Barcelona, it is said that these smartphones will go on pre-order starting from February 26 on a global scale. Also, the shipping is said to debut on March 16. However, we are yet to get an official confirmation regarding what we can expect from these phones, how much they might cost and when these might be released. And, we can get to know all these details only on February 25 as that is when these phones will be unveiled.
