Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G launched in India with 108 MP Ultrawide Camera: Check Price, Specs

The Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G has officially been unveiled in India. The Camon 20 Premier 5G was previously unveiled earlier this year and follows the Camon 20 5G and Camon 20 Pro 5G in India.

Tecno previously confirmed that the Camon 20 Premier 5G arrives as a premium mid-tier smartphone, in India's sub-30K segment. The Camon 20 Premier 5G arrives with MediaTek chipset, a high-refresh-rate AMOLED display, a large battery with fast charging, and dual-camera setup.

Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G Price in India

The Tecno Camon 20 Premier price in India is set at Rs 29,999 for the sole 8GB/512GB model. However, Tecno has mentioned that this is a special launch price. The Camon 20 Premier 5G arrives in Dark Welkin and Serenity Blue colour options.

As of now, there is no official sale date for the Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G. Considering Amazon's Prime Day 2023 sale will begin from July 15, we can expect the phone to go on sale during the sale.

Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G Specifications

The Tecno Camon 20 Premier 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8050 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Additionally, up to 8GB of the storage can be used as Extended RAM. The phone packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W fast charging support.

The Camon 20 Premier 5G sports a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display. The panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. The phone also features an in-display fingerprint reader. The phone packs stereo speakers with Hi-Res Wired and Wireless Audio with DTS support.

For optics, the Camon 20 Premier 5G gets a triple-camera setup with a 50 MP RGBW-Pro primary sensor with Sensor Shift OIS, a 108 MP ultrawide shooter that doubles as a macro lens, and a 2 MP bokeh lens surrounded by a ring flash. The camera system also features a Laser Auto-focus module.

It also features a 32 MP selfie camera up front. Connectivity options on the device include 4G LTE, 5G, GPS, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, and more. The Camon 20 Premier 5G runs Android 13-based HiOS 13 on top.
