Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and V Flip 2 Launch Timeline in India Tipped; Here's What to Expect?

Tecno is gearing up to launch its next-gen foldable phones soon in India. The Phantom V Fold2 and the Phantom V Flip2 were originally launched in September in the global market and are all set to make their debut in the country next month.

While the brand has not shared anything on the same, the latest report has confirmed the launch timeline of the upcoming foldable phones in India.

According to a report by 91mobiles (via an industry source) both the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and the Phantom V Flip 2 will be launching in the first week of December, which is expected to take place between December 2 and December 6. If this appears to be true, we expect the brand will start teasing the arrival of the upcoming phones.

It remains to be seen if both models will share the same set of specifications in India as their global variants. To recall, the Phantom V Fold 2 comes with an Ella AI assistant powered by Google Gemini.

Powered by the Dimensity 9000+ chip, the Phantom V Fold 2 packs a 5,750mAh battery with 70W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. It has a 7.85-inch inner screen and a 6.42-inch cover display. For imaging, there are three 50MP sensors and a 32MP selfie camera.

On the other hand, the Phantom V Flip 2 has a 3.64-inch cover display and a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED inner display. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC paired and packs a 4,720 mAh battery with similar fast-charging capabilities as the V Fold2. Earlier, tipster Paras Guglani (@passionategeekz) stated that the Tecno Phantom V Flip 2 could arrive between ₹55,000 and ₹60,000 in India. However, there's no hint regarding the price of the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 at this moment.
