Tecno is all set to launch new foldable smartphones in India this month. The Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Phantom V Flip 2 have officially been teased on Amazon and could arrive in the country in the coming weeks.

To recall, the Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 and Flip 2 made their global debuts earlier this month in September. The Tecno Phantom foldable smartphones will offer Indians a more affordable path to foldables.

Tecno Phantom V Fold 2 Specifications

The Phantom V Fold 2 5G is set to impress with its dual LTPO OLED display, featuring a 6.42-inch FHD+ cover screen and a larger 7.85-inch 2K+ inner foldable display, both boasting a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth visuals. Housed in a slim design of just 6.1 mm when unfolded and weighing 249 grams, this device promises high performance with the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC.

Photography enthusiasts will appreciate the dual 50MP main and ultra-wide rear cameras, alongside 32MP cameras on both the inner and outer screens. Additionally, the device ensures long-lasting usage with a 5,750mAh battery, supported by 70W fast charging and 15W wireless charging capabilities. It will be available in India in Karst Green and Rippling Blue, featuring a generous 12GB + 512GB memory configuration.

The companion model, the Phantom V Flip 2 5G, also presents compelling features with an 8GB + 256GB storage option. It comes in striking Travertine Green and Moondust Grey colors. The device boasts a 6.9-inch FHD+ 120Hz LTPO AMOLED inner display and a smaller 3.64-inch AMOLED outer screen.

Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 SoC, it matches the Fold 2 in camera capabilities with 50MP main and ultra-wide rear cameras and a 32MP front camera. Its 4720mAh battery supports 70W fast charging, ensuring that users stay connected throughout the day.
