These Official Images reveal how the Samsung Galaxy S7, S7 Edge will look like

    The specifications of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are no mystery these days, thanks to the number of leaks and rumours regarding the devices. In fact the devices has been subject to uncountable number of reports by various tipsters from as early as the middle of last year. So much so, that very few details of the phone have been left unearthed.

    The only missing part in the Galaxy S7 puzzle was in the design department. With numerous concept designers speculating various design of the upcoming flagships, with little or no parity among them, nothing much was clear as of now.

    Reputed tipster @evleaks however, have succeeded to get his hands on the official press images of the alleged smartphone. From the press images it is quite clear that the Galaxy S7 Edge is larger than that of the Galaxy S7. This in fact corresponds with the previous report that stated that the Galaxy S7 will sport a smaller 5.1 inch QHD (2560x1440p) Super AMOLED display as compared to the 5.5 inch QHD dual edged display.

    Interestingly enough the Samsung Galaxy S7 sports a design reminiscent of its previous generation. In fact the only minor difference in the front profile lies in the slightly modified shape of the home button and the presence of a larger front camera module.

    Besides that it is seen that the headphone jack of the smartphone lies at the bottom as compared to the last generation. The USB port is also visible at the bottom, however whether or not it is a USB Type C port is a matter of debate.

    In yet another happening another tipster Eldar Murtazin states that the Samsung Galaxy S7 will come with a large battery on the inside, which would supposedly deliver upto 17 hours of video playback time.
