TP-Link forays into the Smartphone Market with the launch of Neffos C5 Max, Neffos C5, Neffos C5L
TP-Link, a popular Chinese network peripheral brand has now launched three new smartphone as part of their 'Neffos' brand. Towards the fag end of last year the company had officially announced that they will be entering into the smartphone space in 2016 with the launch of 'Neffos' brand. And the launch of the three new phones is a part of their previously made commitment.
TP-Link hasn't announced any details regarding the pricing of the three new smartphone namely Neffos C5 Max, Neffos C5 and the Neffos C5L. It worth noting that all the Neffos smartphone come with dual SIM support and run on Android Lollipop 5.1.

"Neffos is a new journey for TP-Link to bring more extension of lifestyle to our users. We expect its performance in global market will provide us references to develop more and better products in the future," said Justin Tu, Vice President of TP-Link, in a statement on Thursday. "The philosophy of 'Smart& Simple' is reflected in all our products that aim to make users' life easier. TP-Link will continue to build a smart lifestyle."
The Neffos C5 Max is the best equipped among the trio thanks to a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920x1080p) IPS display upfront and 64 bit 1.3GHz octa core Mediatek 6753 SoC coupled with Mali T720 MP3 GPU under the hood. Apart from these Neffos C5 Max sports 2GB of RAM, 16GB of on-board storage, 13MP rear camera (with Dual LED Flash) and 5MP selfie snapper. The Neffos C5 Max also comes with MicroSD card slot and a 3045mAh battery. It is a dual SIM handset with support for 4G LTE networks.
On the other hand the Neffos C5 features a 5 inch HD (1280x720p) IPS display, 8MP rear camera and 2200mAH battery, while the rest of the specifications are similar to that of the C5 Max. The Neffos C5L however is vastly different and sports a 4.5 inch FWVGA (854x480p) IPS display upfront.

There is a many a modifications under the hood too, as the Neffos C5L sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 quad core SoC clocked at 1.1GHz each and 1GB of RAM. In terms of cameras the Neffos C5L sports a 8MP rear with dual LED flash and 2MP selfie snapper.
Besides that the Neffos C5L comes with 8GB of internal storage along with a slot for memory expansion via MicroSD card (upto 32GB). It is also comes with a smaller 2000mAH battery.
