Vivo is all set to launch the Vivo S5 in the S series. The company has also confirmed the launch date for November 14. Now, the latest images of the smartphone have surfaced on the web ahead of the official launch. The leaked image showcases the device in three color options -- blue, green, and pink. All the variants come with a gradient finish.

Besides, the image also revealed the diamond-shaped triple rear camera setup with an LED flash. The primary camera is also teased to sport a 48MP camera sensor. The leak renders also confirms that the phone will launch with an in-display fingerprint scanner and edge-to-edge AMOLED display. We have not noticed any notch or punch-hole camera setup on the front. However, another leak render showcased a punch-hole camera setup on the left side of the phone.

According to the rumors, the Vivo S5 is said to flaunt a 6.38-inch AMOLED FHD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels and 404 PPI. The smartphone is said to arrive with an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 chipset clubbed with Mali-G52 GPU. The smartphone will be backed by up to 8GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage expandable via a microSD card.

The triple rear camera setup will feature a 48MP primary camera sensor with an aperture of f/1.78, an 8MP camera senor wide-angle-lense, a 2MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture which will be responsible for bokeh effect. The front camera specification is still a mystery which we can expect to arrive soon.

 

The Vivo S5 is said to be fuelled by a 4,500mAh non-removable battery with fast charging support. There is still a lot of information which is still under the wraps, so we'll have to wait for the smartphone to appear on TENAA Certification listings.
