Vivo T4 5G India Launch Timeline and Key Specs Leaked: 7300mAh Battery, Snapdragon 7s Gen 3, and More
After launching the Vivo T4x earlier this month, Vivo appears to be prepping another addition to its T-series lineup—the Vivo T4 5G. According to a new report shared by tipster Yogesh Brar via 91mobiles, the phone is expected to launch in India sometime in April, roughly a year after the release of the Vivo T3 5G (review).
While the company has yet to make any official announcement, the leaked specs and pricing indicate that the T4 5G may bring more than just a minor refresh—particularly in battery capacity and processing power.

Display and Design
The Vivo T4 5G is expected to sport a 6.67-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This puts it on par with the T3 in terms of size but possibly ahead in terms of screen responsiveness and visual clarity. The display is also tipped to be quad-curved, which could give it a sleeker profile and more immersive edge-to-edge visuals.
Snapdragon Inside: A Shift From MediaTek
Vivo may be changing course with the T4’s internals. Unlike the T3, which came powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7200, the T4 5G is rumored to feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. This chipset is expected to enhance overall performance and energy efficiency, making it better suited for multitasking and gaming within the mid-range segment.
A Bigger Battery Enters the Scene
Battery life could be a major highlight. The T4 is said to include a 7,300mAh battery—a significant leap from the 5,000mAh unit in the T3. Paired with 90W fast charging, the phone may appeal to users who prioritize all-day usage and fast top-ups. This also puts it in line with upcoming models like the iQOO Z10, which also packs a similar-sized battery.
Camera Hardware
In the imaging department, the phone might come with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera with OIS and a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, a 32MP selfie camera would be a noticeable upgrade from the T3’s 16MP sensor. While dual-camera setups are standard in this range, the inclusion of optical image stabilization (OIS) on the main sensor may help improve photo quality.
Software, Storage, and Build
The Vivo T4 5G is likely to ship with Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 out of the box. It may be available in three memory configurations: 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB. Other expected features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, an IR blaster, and a body that measures 8.1mm in thickness and weighs around 195 grams.
Expected Price
As for pricing, the T4 5G is expected to land somewhere between ₹20,000 and ₹30,000. For context, the Vivo T3 started at ₹19,999, while the recently launched T4x is priced more affordably at ₹13,999.
