Vivo V50 Official-Looking Poster Leaks Online, Revealing India Launch Date, Rear Design, and More

Vivo is gearing up to launch next-gen V50 series soon in India. The brand has already started teasing the upcoming smartphone. Now, a poster was spotted on social media, which says that the V50 will be arriving in 17 days, suggesting the February 18 launch date. Here's everything you should know about the upcoming Vivo V50.

Vivo V50 Launch in India

The brand has yet to confirm the launch date of the upcoming Vivo V50. However, the official-looking poster of the Vivo V50 confirms it will be launched on February 18, featuring ZEISS cameras. Following the launch, the Vivo V50 is expected to be available via Flipkart and the brand's official website in India.

Vivo V50 Features and Price in India (Expected)

In terms of design, the Vivo V50 will have a pill-shaped raised camera module housing dual-camera sensors with Zeiss branding and an LED ring light beneath. The phone was seen in a 'Rose Red' colour option, reportedly inspired by Indian wedding traditions.

The Vivo V50 is expected to have a 6.7-inch quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, the same processor which powers its predecessor Vivo V40. The phone will be in multiple storage configurations, including 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.

On the software front, the Vivo V50 will most likely ship with Android 15 OS. Moreover, it is expected to pack a massive 6,000mAh battery with 90W charging, an upgrade over the 5500mAh battery featured on the Vivo V40.

For optics, the Vivo V50 is likely to feature a 50MP primary camera and a 50MP secondary sensor. Upfront, it may feature a 50MP sensor for selfies. Moreover, the phone is tipped to come with IP68 + IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance. As far as the price is concerned, the Vivo V50 is rumoured to come at around Rs 37,000 in India.
