Vivo X Fold 5 Reportedly Launching in India in July: Here's Everything You Need to Know
The Vivo X Fold 5 is set to debut in China on June 25, with the Indian launch anticipated between July 10 and July 15, according to a new report by 91mobiles. Vivo has been actively promoting the phone's features online. The foldable device will come with a robust 6,000mAh battery, supporting both wired and wireless charging. It will also feature Zeiss-backed triple rear cameras and 8T LTPO displays.
In India, the Vivo X Fold 5 is expected to compete with Samsung's Galaxy Z Fold 7, which might launch on July 9. Honor plans to introduce its Magic V5 foldable in China on July 2. Last year, Vivo unveiled its first foldable smartphone in India, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro, in June.

Vivo X Fold 5: Specifications and Features
The Vivo X Fold 5 will boast an IPX8 + IPX9 + IPX9+ water resistance rating and an IP5X dustproof rating. Weighing approximately 216g, it could measure around 9.2mm when folded. The phone will be available in three colours: Baibai (green), Quingsong (white), and Titanium (black).
Official images reveal a slim design with a large circular camera cutout. The handset will support reverse charging and feature a periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom as part of its Zeiss-tuned camera setup.
