Vivo X100s, Vivo X100s Pro Launched with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, ZEISS Triple Cameras
Vivo has officially unveiled the X100s series in India. The line-up includes the Vivo X100s and Vivo X100s Pro. The two phones are the first to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
Apart from the MediaTek chipset, the Vivo X100s series also comes with ZEISS optics, three rear cameras, LTPO OLED displays, large batteries with fast charging support, and more. Here's a full break down of the Vivo X100s series pricing in China.

Vivo X100s Pricing, Colors
The Vivo X100s price starts from CNY 3,999 (roughly Rs 46,200) for the base 12GB/256GB model. The handset is offered in Titanium, Qingyun (Cyan), Space Grey, and Bai Yueguang (White) color options.
The Vivo X100s is also offered in 16GB/256GB, 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB variants that will set you back CNY 4,399 (roughly Rs 50,800), CNY 4,699 (roughly Rs 54,250), and CNY 5,199 (roughly Rs 60,000), respectively.
Vivo X100s Pro Pricing, Colors
The Vivo X100s Pro price starts from CNY 4,999 (roughly Rs 57,700) for the base 12GB/256GB model. The flagship smartphone is offered in Titanium, Chen Yehei (Black), and Bai Yueguang (White) color options.
The Vivo X100s Pro is also offered in 16GB/512GB, and 16GB/1TB variants that will set you back CNY 5,599 (roughly Rs 64,650), and CNY 6,199 (roughly Rs 71,550), respectively. The Vivo X100s series won't likely make an appearance in India.
Vivo X100s Specifications
The Vivo X100s is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The Vivo X100s runs on Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 out of the box. It packs a 5,100 mAh battery with 100W wired fast charging support.
The Vivo X100s sports a 6.78-inch 8T LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels. The panel boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and 2160Hz high frequency dimming. The screen features a pixel density of 452 PPI and a peak brightness of 3,000 nits. The Vivo X100s also features an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
Vivo X100s Cameras
For optics, the Vivo X100s features a triple-camera setup on the back with a 50 MP Sony IMX920 primary sensor with a 1/1.49" sensor size, an f/1.57 aperture, and OIS support. The other two sensors include a 50 MP ultrawide lens with an f/2.0 aperture and a 64 MP telephoto unit with an f/2.57 aperture and OIS support.
The rear cameras are fine-tuned in collaboration with Zeiss and feature Zeiss T* lens coating. Up front, the Vivo X100 opts for a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The phone is also equipped with the V2 imaging chip.

Vivo X100s Pro Specifications
The Vivo X100s Pro shares the same chipset, display, and IP68 rating as the Vivo X100s. However, the Vivo X100 Pro brings a larger 5,400 mAh battery with 100W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
The vivo X100s Pro also features a curved AMOLED screen as opposed to a flat panel. The Vivo X100s Pro also boasts the same 32 MP selfie camera as the vanilla variant. The Vivo X100s Pro also comes with the V3 imaging chip, the same chip used on the Vivo X100 Pro (review).
