Vivo X200 FE Tipped to Launch in India on July 14 With 6,500mAh Battery and Dimensity 9300+
Vivo appears to be gearing up to launch its latest mid-premium smartphone—the Vivo X200 FE—in India later this month. While the company hasn’t confirmed an official date yet, tipster Paras Guglani (via PassionateGeekz) suggests the India launch will happen on July 14 at 12 PM IST.
The phone, which recently debuted in Taiwan and Malaysia, is expected to arrive with some impressive hardware under the hood—most notably, a 6,500mAh battery, MediaTek’s flagship Dimensity 9300+ chip, and Zeiss-branded triple cameras.

A Compact Flagship That Prioritizes Battery Life
The phone features a compact 6.31-inch AMOLED display, yet still manages to pack a 6,500mAh battery inside its 7.99mm thick body. According to Vivo, users can expect up to 25.44 hours of YouTube playback and around 9.5 hours of gaming on a single charge.
Charging speeds are equally ambitious—90W wired fast charging is confirmed.
MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ Under the Hood
Performance is handled by the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+, the brand’s current top-tier processor. This puts the X200 FE in line with flagship-level performance, while possibly keeping the price more grounded than Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 rivals.
The Indian variant is expected to ship with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, which matches the global configuration already available in select markets.
Zeiss Optics and Triple Rear Cameras
Photography remains a focus for Vivo, and the X200 FE is no exception. It sports a Zeiss-branded triple camera system, consisting of:
- A 50MP main sensor
- A 50MP telephoto lens
- An 8MP ultrawide camera
Funtouch OS 15 and Rugged Build
Out of the box, the Vivo X200 FE will run Funtouch OS 15, Vivo’s Android-based skin. While it’s not the cleanest UI in the market, Funtouch has seen gradual refinement over the past year with lighter visuals and improved multitasking support.

Interestingly, the X200 FE is tipped to feature both IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, which is a welcome move.
India-Specific Colour Options
While the global version of the phone comes in Black, Pink, Blue, and Yellow, the Indian variant is expected in three shades: Luxe Black, Amber Yellow, and Frost Blue. These were reportedly confirmed through teasers and additional details shared by the tipster.
Launch Timing and What to Expect
With a reported launch date of July 14, the Vivo X200 FE could arrive during the early monsoon smartphone cycle—a time when many brands push mid-range and upper-mid-range devices ahead of the festive quarter.
There’s no confirmed price yet, but based on the specs and positioning, it’s likely to land somewhere in the ₹40,000–₹50,000 range. If Vivo prices it aggressively, it could pose a serious challenge to rivals from OnePlus, iQOO, and Samsung in the same segment.
