Vivo X300 E Launch Date Confirmed: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC, Zeiss Cameras, Pre-Sales Date Teased

Vivo has officially opened pre-sales for the upcoming Vivo X300 E, ahead of its scheduled debut on July 27. The smartphone is set to expand the company's premium X-series portfolio with a strong focus on photography, performance, and battery life. Continuing its partnership with Zeiss, Vivo is expected to equip the X300 E with an advanced camera system designed for photography enthusiasts.

The handset also introduces a refreshed design, flagship-grade hardware, and a large battery, making it one of the brand's most anticipated launches this month.

Vivo X300 E Launch Details and Expected Price

The Vivo X300 E is set to launch in China on July 27, with pre-sales already live through the company's official channels. Vivo has yet to announce the smartphone's pricing, and the official retail cost is expected to be revealed during the launch event.

The handset will be available in Black, White, and Orange colour options. Compared to the recently launched Vivo X300 FE, the X300 E adopts a new design featuring a metal frame and a redesigned triple rear camera module. The device is also said to carry the model number V2612A, which has reportedly received regulatory certification ahead of its launch.

Vivo X300 E Expected Specifications and Features

According to leaks from tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300 E will be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset and run Android 16-based OriginOS 6 out of the box.

The smartphone is tipped to feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K flat AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an impressive 5,000 nits peak brightness, promising improved visibility even under direct sunlight.

For photography, Vivo is expected to continue its collaboration with Zeiss, offering a triple rear camera setup comprising:

• 8MP ultra-wide camera
• 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom

On the front, the handset is expected to feature a 50MP autofocus selfie camera for high-resolution selfies and video calls.

The Vivo X300 E is also tipped to offer up to 16GB RAM and 1TB of internal storage, catering to power users and content creators.

Powering the device could be a massive 7,015mAh battery with support for 90W wired fast charging. Despite the large battery, the phone is said to measure just 7.99mm thick and weigh 203g.

Additional features are expected to include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and IP68/IP69 dust and water resistance, rounding out what could be one of Vivo's most feature-packed flagship smartphones of the year.
