Vivo X300 FE Spotted Ahead Of Launch: Check Specs And India Launch Timeline
Vivo’s upcoming X300 FE is starting to show up in more places that usually matter just before a launch. After earlier sightings, the phone has now cleared additional certification platforms, adding to the sense that Vivo is getting closer to making it official.

The device first came into focus after Vivo rolled out the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro globally in December 2025. Since then, reports around an FE model have picked up pace, and the certification trail is starting to look fairly complete.
New Certifications
The Vivo X300 FE has now been spotted on the IMDA certification database, which confirms basic connectivity features, including NFC. These listings don’t reveal much about specs, but they usually appear when a phone is moving through final regulatory steps rather than early development.
Alongside that, the phone has also shown up on the TUV certification platform, where support for up to 90W fast charging is mentioned. That’s a detail worth noting, mainly because it lines up with what Vivo has already done with similar devices in other markets.
A Likely Rebrand, Again
There’s a growing sense that the X300 FE may not be an entirely new device. Reports suggest it’s closely related to the Vivo S50 Pro Mini, which recently launched in China. Vivo has used this approach before, reworking the China-only S30 Pro Mini into the globally sold X200 FE.
The matching charging speeds and overall positioning make that strategy feel familiar. It wouldn’t be surprising if Vivo follows the same playbook this time around.
Vivo X300 FE Specs
Based on current leaks and reports, the Vivo X300 FE is said to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Camera chatter points to a 50MP front camera, while the rear setup is expected to include a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide, and a 50MP periscope telephoto lens.
Under the hood, the phone is expected to run on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Software is tipped to be OriginOS 6 based on Android 17, backed by a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging support.
None of this has been confirmed by Vivo yet, so it’s still very much in rumor territory.
Vivo X300 FE India Launch
With listings now spotted across Bluetooth SIG, BIS, IMDA, and TUV databases, a March launch window seems plausible. That said, Vivo’s immediate attention appears to be on its February 19 event in India, where the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite are expected to take the stage first.
If Vivo sticks to its recent pattern, the X300 FE may not be far behind once that event is out of the way.
