Vivo X300 Max Specs and Launch Timeline Tipped; May Debut Alongside X300 Ultra
Vivo’s next flagship cycle is starting to come into view, and one device in particular is drawing attention. A new leak suggests that the Vivo X300 series will include a previously unreported model called the Vivo X300 Max, marking the first time this naming has appeared in connection with the lineup.

The information comes from tipster Digital Chat Station, who claims that several upcoming Vivo phones have now received SRRC certification in China. This certification confirms radio transmission approval and support for the N79 frequency band, a routine but important step before launch.
Why the X300 Max Stands Out
Among the model numbers listed, V2548A is said to belong to the Vivo X300 Max. What makes this notable is that earlier reports referred to this device as the Vivo X300s. The appearance of a “Max” name suggests Vivo may be positioning it differently from the rest of the X300 lineup, possibly as a larger or more battery-focused flagship.
The other model numbers mentioned in the leak, V2547A and V2547DA, are associated with the Vivo X300 Ultra and its Beidou satellite communication variant. That context makes it clearer that the X300 Max is not a replacement, but an additional model sitting alongside the Ultra.
What the Leak Says About the X300 Max
According to recent information shared by the same source, the Vivo X300 Max is expected to feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and ultra-thin bezels. Security is said to be handled by an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.
On the camera side, the phone is tipped to use a circular rear camera module housing a 200-megapixel main camera, an ultra-wide lens, and a mid-tier periscope telephoto camera. Performance is expected to come from the Dimensity 9500 chipset, with reports suggesting that a Plus variant of the chip has been dropped.
Battery capacity could be one of the defining traits of the X300 Max. The device is rumoured to pack a 7,000mAh battery, which would place it among the largest batteries seen in a Vivo flagship.
Launch Timeline and Availability
All the X300 series devices mentioned in the leak are expected to launch in China in March. However, the Vivo X300 Max may remain exclusive to the Chinese market, at least initially.
The rest of the X300 lineup is rumoured to reach global markets in the second quarter of the year.
