Vivo X300, Pixel 10, Galaxy S26, OnePlus 15, More: Google Announces Gemini Intelligence Supported Devices

Google recently unveiled Gemini Intelligence, a new AI-powered experience for Android devices that goes far beyond a simple rebranding of Gemini. The company is positioning it as a next-generation AI layer capable of handling complex, multi-step tasks autonomously across apps, websites, and services.

The new Gemini Intelligence system can reportedly source information, transform content, and execute actions in the background without requiring constant user input. One of the standout additions is "Rambler" for Gboard, which allows users to speak naturally with filler words, pauses, and even mixed languages while the AI intelligently understands the intended meaning.

However, Gemini Intelligence will not be available on every Android smartphone. Google appears to be limiting the feature to premium flagship devices with high-end hardware requirements.

Gemini Intelligence Launch Timeline and Eligible Devices

Google has confirmed that Gemini Intelligence will first debut on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 series and the Google Pixel 10 lineup "this summer." Reports also suggest the AI suite may launch initially on Samsung's next-generation foldables, including the Galaxy Z Fold8 and Galaxy Z Flip8.

According to details shared on Android's official website, Gemini Intelligence requires support for Gemini Nano v3 or newer alongside Android's AI Core framework. Devices must also feature at least 12GB RAM, flagship-grade chipsets, Android Virtualization Framework (AVF), pKVM support, and long-term software support commitments.
