Vivo X300 Specifications

The Vivo X300 is a compact flagship device featuring a 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ display with a resolution of 1.5K and a refresh rate of 120Hz. It runs on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor and offers up to 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 4.0 storage. The rear camera setup includes a 200MP Samsung HPB main sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto sensor.

For selfies, there is a 50MP Samsung JN1 front camera with a wide field of view of 92 degrees. The phone has a battery capacity of 6,040mAh supporting both wired (90W) and wireless (40W) charging. It measures just under eight millimetres thick at 7.95mm and weighs around 190g. The device is IP68-rated for durability and ships with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The Vivo X300 Pro stands out as the larger flagship model with its expansive 6.78-inch round micro-curved BOE Q10+ display offering similar resolution and refresh rate as its smaller counterpart. This model incorporates both V1 and V3+ imaging chips for superior computational photography performance.

It shares the same processor but improved imaging capabilities with a different camera setup: a primary Sony LYT-828 sensor at 50MP, an ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens also at 50MP, and an impressive periscope telephoto sensor from Samsung HPB at an astounding resolution of 200MP. Both phones will feature Zeiss optics for enhanced optics.

Its battery is slightly larger at 6,510mAh while retaining fast charging features like its sibling model (90W wired/40W wireless). Slightly heavier than its counterpart weighing approximately226g; it maintains similar thickness measurements around eight millimetres (7 .99 mm). Like other devices within this series, it boasts advanced communication features such as dual satellite communication support alongside OriginOS 6 software version.
