Vivo is gearing up to unveil the next generation of flagship smartphones soon. The Vivo X300 series will make its debut next month as the first smartphones to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. The line-up will include the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro.
Vivo X300 Series Launch Date
The Vivo X300 series launch date in China is set for October 13, 2025. As of now there are no official details, although we expect the Vivo X300 series to launch in India sometime in late November or early December.

Vivo X300 Series Pricing
We expect the Vivo X300 price in India to start from under Rs 70,000. On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Pro price in India could be priced at under Rs 1,00,000. In China, the Vivo X300 series price is expected to start from anywhere between CNY 4,000 to CNY 4,500.
Vivo X300 Specifications
In addition to the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC, the Vivo X300 will include a proprietary V3+ imaging chip for computational photography tasks. It is also likely to feature a 6.31-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. This panel is expected to utilise BOE's exclusive Q10+ substrate, support brightness as low as 1 nit, and have slim, uniform bezels on all sides.

The Vivo X300's camera setup will include a triple-camera system with a primary 200MP HPB sensor measuring 1/1.4 inches with OIS, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope-telephoto lens offering 3x optical zoom. These cameras will be co-developed with Zeiss and feature Zeiss T* lens coating. For selfies, the device is expected to have a 50MP front camera.
It might also house a substantial 6,000 mAh silicon carbon battery supporting 90W wired fast charging along with wireless fast charging capabilities. The phone will include a USB 3.2 port and an Ultrasonic 3D fingerprint reader for enhanced security.
Vivo X300 Pro Specifications
The Vivo X300 Pro will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chipset with an ARM X930 core clocked at 3.23GHz and Immortalis-Drage GPU. It is also likely to operate on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Storage options may extend up to 1TB UFS 4.1 paired with 16GB RAM.

The Pro model could feature a BOE Q10 Plus display panel with ultra-low brightness of just 1 nit. In contrast, the regular X300 might sport a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The Vivo X300 Pro is expected to pack a massive 7,000 mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support.
The standout feature of the Vivo X300 series is its advanced camera system. Both models will incorporate the fourth-generation Zeiss imaging setup with dual 200-megapixel lenses. The standard X300 might include a 23mm Zeiss 200-megapixel main sensor, while the Pro variant is expected to feature an 85mm Zeiss 200MP APO telephoto lens, renowned for its category-leading capabilities.
Additional camera features such as Zeiss T* coating, deep absorption glass, and CIPA-level stabilisation are anticipated to deliver professional-grade imaging quality. These enhancements aim to elevate photography experiences for users significantly.

Vivo X300 Series Design
Both the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro maintain a similar appearance to their predecessors, featuring a centrally positioned circular camera island at the back. The images also showcase the available colour options for these devices.
Huang Tao, Vice President of Product at Vivo, posted images on Weibo showing both the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. The standard Vivo X300 will be available in blue and pink, while the Pro version will come in black and gold. Despite their identical design, both models feature a circular camera island with an LED flash positioned at the top-left corner.
Moreover, the Vivo X300 series will also feature an IP68+IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water. The X300 Pro will incorporate a "first-ever custom-built" Super Sense vibration motor with model number 751440. This innovation promises an enhanced design and advanced electromagnetic solutions. The Vivo X300 series comes in Free Blue, Lucky Color, Cozy Purple, Wilderness Brown, Simple White, and Pure Black shades.
