Vivo X300 Ultra Launched in China With 200MP Cameras, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, Teleconverter Support
Vivo has introduced the X300 Ultra in China alongside the X300s, but the spotlight clearly sits on the Ultra model.
The phone is built around camera hardware, with Vivo continuing its focus on high-resolution sensors and zoom capabilities. It comes with a 200-megapixel camera system co-developed with Zeiss and support for teleconverter accessories.

Pricing And Variants
The Vivo X300 Ultra starts at CNY 6,999 (approx ₹95,900) for the 12GB + 256GB variant. Here’s the full pricing:

Camera And Telephoto Setup
Cameras are the main highlight here.
The X300 Ultra features a triple rear setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto camera, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. On the front, it includes a 50MP selfie camera.

What stands out is the teleconverter support. Vivo is offering a “Big Gun” 400 teleconverter that enables up to 400mm focal length and higher zoom levels, along with a more compact “Lipstick” 200 teleconverter designed for easier handling.
Performance And Display
The phone runs on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset and supports up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. It ships with Android 16-based OriginOS 6.
On the front, the device features a 6.82-inch LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
Battery And Other Details
The X300 Ultra packs a 7,000mAh battery and supports 100W wired charging along with 40W wireless charging.
Other features include an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and standard connectivity options like 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB Type-C.
