Vivo X300 Ultra Full Specs Confirmed Ahead of Launch: 144Hz Display, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 100W Charging
Vivo has already been talking a lot about the camera on the X300 Ultra, but now the company is slowly filling in the rest of the picture.
A new teaser reveals more about the phone ahead of its March 30 launch in China.

Vivo X300 Ultra Display and Performance
One of the bigger shifts is under the hood. While the X300 and X300 Pro use the Dimensity 9500, the Ultra model is going with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
On the front, Vivo is sticking to a flat 2K display, tuned with Zeiss Master Color calibration. There’s also support for a 144Hz refresh rate and something the company calls Ultra XDR, which is meant to handle brightness and colours better.
Big Battery, But Not A Bulky Phone
Another detail that stands out is the battery. Reports suggest the phone could carry a 6,600mAh unit.
What makes this more interesting is the thickness. Vivo is still keeping the device at around 8.19mm, which is relatively slim considering the battery size and the hardware inside.

Charging speeds are also in line with what you’d expect here. The phone will support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging, and it will ship with a USB Type-C to Type-C charger in the box.
Small Details That Add Up
Beyond the core specs, Vivo seems to be paying attention to smaller things as well.
There’s a quad-microphone setup that’s meant to improve audio capture, especially when shooting videos. On the output side, the phone includes customised speakers with an upward-firing unit and a larger sound cavity.
Haptics are also getting an upgrade with a new vibration motor, which should make interactions feel a bit tighter.
And then there’s a back-tap gesture feature. You can tap the back of the phone to trigger shortcuts like silent mode, flashlight, or screen recognition. It’s a small addition, but one that could actually be useful if it works well.
Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Date
With the launch scheduled for March 30 in China, Vivo has already confirmed a good portion of the X300 Ultra’s hardware.
The camera is still the main talking point, but from what’s been revealed so far, the phone isn’t relying on that alone. It’s shaping up to be a more balanced flagship overall.
