Vivo X300 Ultra Full Specifications Revealed Ahead of Launch: SD 8 Elite Gen 5, Twin 200MP Cameras Expected

Vivo is gearing up to unveil its top-end 'Ultra' flagship in China soon. The Vivo X300 Ultra will sit just above the already impressive Vivo X300 Pro. And while details about the phone's specifications and launch date are still under wraps, new information has emerged giving us a detailed look at the Vivo X300 Ultra.

According to tipster Debayan Roy (Gadgetsdata), the Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a quad-camera setup on the back with two 200MP cameras, an upgrade over the X300 Pro's triple-camera setup.

Vivo X300 Ultra Camera System: What to Expect

The revamped quad-camera system is headlined by a 200MP Sony LYT901 primary sensor with a nearly 1-inch sensor size. It is paired with a 50MP LYT828 ultra-wide camera, a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto lens, and a dedicated 5MP multi-spectral sensor for enhanced imaging accuracy.

Additionally, the camera setup here will be developed in partnership with ZEISS, with ZEISS T* lens coating used over the sensors. Additionally, both the main and telephoto shooters will support OIS, while the latter could offer continuous zoom like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. Up front, the Vivo X300 Ultra will opt for a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo X300 Ultra will also debut as the first smartphone to use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The handset is also expected to feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The X300 Ultra is also expected to feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor.

The smartphone is expected to feature a 7,000mAh battery, along with support for up to 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging. Other reported features include USB 3.2 connectivity and an IP69 rating for water and dust resistance.

Vivo X300 Ultra Launch Timeline

As of now, details about the Vivo X300 Ultra's launch are still unconfirmed, although it could be unveiled in March or April 2026 alongside the Vivo X300 Max. To recall, the Vivo X200 Ultra made its debut in China in April 2025.
