A new leak has already put a rough timeline on when Vivo’s next flagship phones could arrive in India.

Vivo X300 Ultra, X300 FE India Launch Timeline Tipped

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav, the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE could launch in India in May 2026. Vivo hasn’t confirmed this yet, but if it turns out to be accurate, the India launch could follow quite soon after the global debut.

China Launch Scheduled For Today

Before anything else, the Vivo X300 Ultra is launching in China today, March 30, at 4:30 PM IST. The company will also introduce the X300s and the Vivo Pad 6 at the same event.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications: What To Expect

The Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device is expected to support 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. Battery capacity hasn’t been officially confirmed yet, but leaks suggest a 6,600mAh cell, paired with a chassis that’s around 8.19mm thick.

On the front, the phone is expected to feature a 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

Cameras will be the main highlight here. Vivo has already confirmed a triple-camera setup co-developed with ZEISS. This includes a 200MP main sensor, a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The system also supports teleconverter lenses for added flexibility.

Vivo is also highlighting improvements in colour processing, audio, and haptics, suggesting upgrades beyond just the camera hardware.

Vivo X300 FE Specifications

The Vivo X300 FE was introduced earlier this month, so we already have a clear idea of what it offers.

It runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. On the front, there’s a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 1–120Hz refresh rate.

For cameras, it takes a more balanced approach. You get a 50MP main sensor, a 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultra-wide camera.

Battery is another strong point. The phone packs a 6,500mAh silicon-carbon battery with support for 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

It also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings, so it’s built to handle dust and water exposure. On the software side, it runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16, with long-term update support promised.

Overall, the X300 FE feels like a more practical option in the lineup, keeping most of the key features without going all out.
