The Vivo X300 Ultra is launching in China today at 07:00 pm local time or 04:30 pm IST. The smartphone maker will also release the Vivo X300s and Vivo Pad 6 alongside the X300 Ultra.

Those interested in watching the Vivo X300 Ultra event live can do so on the company's official website in China or Weibo account. Moreover, the Vivo X300 Ultra is also expected to make its debut in India and globally in the coming months.
Based on past reports, the Vivo X300 Ultra price in China could start from under CNY 8,000 (roughly Rs 1,09,700) for the 12GB/512GB configuration. The Vivo X300 Ultra will compete with the Xiaomi 17 Ultra and the upcoming OPPO Find X9 Ultra.
Vivo X300 Ultra Specifications: What to Expect
The Vivo X300 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device supports 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging. Battery capacity is not official yet, but leaks suggest a 6,600mAh cell, paired with a chassis just 8.19mm thick. The Vivo X300 Ultra will also sport a 2K LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate.

Vivo has confirmed a triple camera system for the Vivo X300 Ultra. There is a 200MP main sensor, another 200MP periscope telephoto module, and a 50MP ultrawide camera. Vivo claims improved colour science, upgraded sound, and a new haptic feedback motor. The camera system will support two teleconverter lenses for flexibility and is co-developed with ZEISS.

The Vivo X300s is confirmed to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with the brand's in-house V3+ imaging chip. It will feature a 6.78-inch flat display with Zeiss-tuned colour calibration and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device will also offer dual stereo speakers for an enhanced audio experience.
The smartphone is expected to pack a large 7,100mAh battery and use a VC liquid cooling system for sustained performance. Vivo is also highlighting improved connectivity with a new signal amplification system. Colour options include light green, lavender, white, and dark grey.

In terms of cameras, the Vivo X300s is tipped to feature a 50MP front camera and a triple rear setup with a 200MP primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP periscope telephoto shooter, both with OIS. The device is also expected to support 90W wired and 40W wireless charging, along with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and IP68/IP69 ratings.
Vivo Pad 6 Specifications: What to Expect
The Vivo Pad 6 uses a 13.2-inch LCD panel with 4K resolution. A 144Hz refresh rate is also planned, which should help games and scrolling feel smoother. According to the leak, the vivo Pad6 Pro runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC.
