Vivo X300e Key Specifications Emerge Ahead of Launch: Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC and 7,100mAh Expected
Vivo is expected to expand its upcoming X300 series with several new models, including the rumored Vivo X300e. While the company has not confirmed the lineup yet, recent leaks suggest the X300e could be joined by another variant called the Vivo X300e.
The latest information indicates the X300e may share several core features with the FE while introducing a larger battery and a refreshed design.

Vivo X300e Launch Timeline
The Vivo X300e is expected to debut in the coming months, although Vivo has not announced an official launch date. Based on Vivo's previous launches, the X300e model is likely to arrive as a more affordable alternative to the standard X300.
While pricing remains under wraps, it could be positioned below the flagship variants, making it an attractive option for buyers looking for premium hardware at a relatively lower price.
Vivo X300e Specifications (Expected)
According to tipster Digital Chat Station, the Vivo X300e will feature a slightly larger 6.59-inch flat OLED display compared to the X300 FE (Review). The device is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset, suggesting flagship-level performance for gaming, multitasking, and AI-powered features.
The camera setup is expected to include a 50MP primary sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an 8MP ultrawide camera, while selfies could be handled by a 50MP front-facing camera. Like the X300 FE, the X300e is also said to feature Zeiss optics, continuing Vivo's focus on premium smartphone photography.
One of the biggest differences between the two models could be the battery. The Vivo X300e is rumored to pack a massive 7,100mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging, offering a notable upgrade over the FE. Despite the larger battery, the phone is tipped to measure under 8mm thick and weigh around 203 grams.
The leak also points to a redesigned rear camera module with a square-shaped layout positioned in the upper-left corner, giving the X300e a distinct look compared to the Vivo X300 FE. Vivo has yet to reveal any official details, so these specifications should be treated as early leaks until the company makes an announcement.
