Vivo X300s Launch Officially Confirmed: What to Expect

Vivo X300s Specifications: What We Know So Far

The Vivo X300s is confirmed to feature a 6.78-inch BOE Q10 Plus flat OLED screen with a 144Hz refresh rate. This would make it the first smartphone in the X series to offer such a high refresh rate. It is also expected to support native 144FPS gameplay in select MOBA games.

The display will further feature ZEISS color tuning along with circular polarization technology designed to enhance viewing comfort and reduce eye strain. Boxiao also confirmed the Vivo X300s will feature a 200MP image sensor.

Audio performance is also expected to see a notable upgrade with the inclusion of symmetric 1115 dual speakers, similar to those found on the iQOO 15. The setup features enhanced amplifiers and tuning algorithms designed to deliver a wider soundstage and clearer in-game audio cues such as footsteps and gunfire, which could help players identify enemy positions more easily.

The Vivo X300s will also feature a large customized 4D vibration motor aimed at delivering stronger and more precise haptic feedback. According to Vivo, the motor supports enhanced vibration effects in more than ten popular mobile games, offering more immersive tactile responses during gameplay. Notably, it is said to be the largest and most powerful vibration motor ever included in an X-series smartphone.

Vivo X300s Specifications: What to Expect

The Vivo X300s is expected to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. Moreover, it will use a 7,000mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging support.

The Vivo X300s could also feature a 50MP periscope-telephoto camera and a 50MP ultrawide lens. All three cameras will likely be backed by ZEISS. Moreover, the Vivo X300s will run OriginOS 6-based Android 16. Stay tuned to Gizbot for more information surrounding the Vivo X300s.
