Of late, reports tipped that the Vivo Y19, which went official in Thailand is all set to be launched in India under Rs. 15,000. Now, this smartphone has been launched in India. However, it is available in the offline market only for now.

Vivo Y19 Price In India

While the Vivo Y19 has been launched two variants in the global market, only the base variant with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage space has been launched in the country for Rs. 13,990. And, there is no word regarding when the high-end variant with 6GB RAM will make its way into the country or its alleged pricing.

Vivo Y19 Specifications

Vivo Y19 bestows a large 6.53-inch FHD+ display with a resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels and an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. This display has an impressive screen-to-body ratio of 90.3% to provide an impressive experience while playing games and watching videos.

Under its hood, this new Vivo smartphone gets the power from an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 SoC teamed up with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage space. There is support for up to 256GB of additional storage space with the help of a microSD card.

Running Android 9 Pie topped with FunTouchOS from the company with features such as Game Space and Multi-Turbo modes for better gaming performance. The Vivo Y91 features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor apart from support for Face Unlock.

Talking about the imaging capabilities of the Vivo Y91, the smartphone is fitted with a triple-camera module with the three lenses positioned vertically. The camera module comprises a 16MP primary sensor, an 8MP secondary ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor. Also, it comes with a 16MP AI selfie camera. A 5000mAh battery operating under its hood with 18W fast charging support keeps the lights turned on.

With the launch of the Vivo Y91, the company puts forward another smartphone with triple cameras at the rear in the affordable market segment. But we need to wait to know how this device competes against the likes of other Chinese rivals in the same price point.
