Vivo Y400 Pro 5G Amazon Listing Surfaces Ahead of Launch: Key Specs, Design, and Variants Revealed
Vivo's next entry in the mid-range smartphone market, the Y400 Pro 5G, may have just leaked ahead of schedule.
We covered the initial leak yesterday, and now the phone has briefly appeared on Amazon India (now removed), well before any official announcement from the company.

The accidental listing, first spotted by GSMArena, confirmed the existence of the Vivo Y400 Pro's Freestyle White variant. Official product images revealed a sleek design, complete with a quad-curved AMOLED display and a vertically stacked rear camera module. The front houses a centered punch-hole cutout, while the back panel features two lenses and a squircle-shaped flash.
According to the listing, the phone measures 164 x 75 x 8mm and weighs 182 grams. Its button and port placement is fairly standard: volume and power buttons sit on the right, while the bottom edge includes a SIM tray, microphone, USB-C port, and speaker grille.
Dimensity 7300 and 90W Charging
One of the most significant takeaways from the leak is the inclusion of the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, a relatively new processor in the mid-range bracket. The Vivo Y400 Pro is expected to ship with 8GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of onboard storage, according to other reports.
Battery-wise, the listing confirmed a 5,500mAh unit with support for 90W fast charging.
Camera Hardware: Sony Sensor with OIS
The Y400 Pro features a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), accompanied by a secondary 2MP auxiliary lens. On the front, it houses a 32MP selfie camera.
While the listing mentioned Funtouch OS 14, this could be outdated or incorrect, as most recent Vivo smartphones ship with Funtouch OS 15. Expect clarification on this detail once the official specs are published.
Color Options and Display Details
Alongside Freestyle White, the Y400 Pro will also reportedly be offered in Nebula Purple and Festival Gold. The display is a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution, offering better clarity than standard FHD+ screens.
Launch Date and Price
Vivo has not yet confirmed the launch date or pricing, but the details suggest it may sit just above its Y-series budget models, potentially under ₹25,000.
