When Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 13 and the Xiaomi 13 Pro earlier this year, there were rumors about a Xiaomi 13 Ultra in the offing. Now, the specifications and features of the premium Android smartphone have leaked online.

As the name implies, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is the top-end model in the Xiaomi 13 series. The flagship Android smartphone may launch this quarter. Let's take a look at all the available information about the flagship smartphone.

Xiaomi 13 Ultra Leaked Specifications, Features

Xiaomi has not acknowledged the presence of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in its plans, let alone confirm the smartphone's launch. Hence, the specifications and features of the premium Android smartphone have been collated from leaks and rumors.

The Xiaomi 13 Ultra is tipped to sport a 6.7-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED LTPO display with a 120Hz variable refresh rate. In terms of design, the handset may have flat edges on the side.

Qualcomm's flagship chipset, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, will likely power the Xiaomi 13 Ultra. The SoC might be paired with either 12GB or 16GB of RAM. Buyers might have the option to choose between 256GB and 512GB of internal storage.

The exact specs of the RAM and storage aren't known yet, but they will likely be of the latest technology, such as LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0. Although the leak doesn't specify it, there could be a variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra with 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage.
