The Xiaomi 14 CIVI is set to go on sale in India later today. To recall, the Xiaomi 14 CIVI was released in India last week as the first 'CIVI' branded smartphone and the second to use the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip.

The Xiaomi 14 CIVI sits in the country's flagship killer segment, where it is set to compete with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy S23 FE and Vivo V30 Pro. Here's a look at our first impressions of the Xiaomi 14 CIVI.

Xiaomi 14 CIVI Sale, Price, Offers in India

The Xiaomi 14 CIVI is going on sale in India at 12 noon today via Flipkart, mi.com, and Xiaomi Retail. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI price in India is set at Rs 42,999 for the base 8GB/256GB model.

Moreover, the handset will also be offered in a 12GB/512GB configuration that will set you back Rs 47,999. Customers who purchase the Xiaomi 14 CIVI with an ICICI Bank or HDFC Bank card will get an instant discount of Rs 3,000.

Customers can also opt for an exchange bonus of up to Rs 3,000 instead of the instant discount. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI is offered in Shadow Black (AG Glass), Matcha Green (Vegan Leather), and Cruise Blue (AG Glass) shades.

Xiaomi 14 CIVI Specifications

The Xiaomi 14 CIVI is powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage. The handset comes with a new IceLoop cooling system. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI packs a sizeable 4,700 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.

The Xiaomi 14 CIVI also sports a 6.55-inch Quad Curved AMOLED display, which is protected by a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus 2. The screen boasts a 120Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. The display also supports Dolby Vision and HDR10+, while offering a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.

The Xiaomi 14 CIVI also features a snappy in-display fingerprint reader. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI is equipped with dual stereo speakers that support Dolby Atmos. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI runs Android 14-based HyperOS out of the box. Xiaomi promises three years of Android OS updates and four years of regular security updates on the 14 CIVI.

Xiaomi 14 CIVI Cameras

For optics, the Xiaomi 14 CIVI's rear camera setup has been co-developed with Leica. The setup includes a 50 MP Summilux Lens that uses a Light Hunter 800 sensor with OIS, and an f/1.63 aperture. The main camera is paired with a 50 MP Leica portrait lens with an f/1.89 aperture and a 12 MP Leica ultrawide lens with an f/2.2 aperture.

Up front, Xiaomi's latest flagship killer features two selfie cameras, a 32 MP primary sensor with Autofocus and an f/2.0 aperture, and a 70-degree FOV and a 32 MP ultrawide shooter with a 100-degree FOV and an f/2.4 aperture. The Xiaomi 14 CIVI can record 4K video at up to 60fps on the back and 4K video at 30fps on the front.
