The Xiaomi 17 has been launched in India alongside the 17 Ultra. The standard variant comes with Leica optics and Xiaomi Guardian Structure, combining a strengthened aluminium frame, Xiaomi Shield Glass 3.0, and IP68/69 protection. Xiaomi 17 Specifications

The Xiaomi 17 has a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 2,656x1,220 resolution and a 460 ppi pixel density. It supports up to a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and delivers up to 3500 nits of peak brightness, along with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision. The phone measures 8.06 mm in dimensions and weighs 191 grams.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, it is paired with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device also packs a 6330mAh battery that supports 100W HyperCharge wired charging and 50W wireless charging.

On the software front, it runs on Android 16-based Xiaomi HyperOS 3 and includes HyperAI suite, which offers AI writing, AI dynamic wallpapers, AI search and more tools. It is also equipped with the Xiaomi 3D IceLoop Cooling system.

The Xiaomi 17 price in India starts at Rs 89,999 for the 12GB/256GB variant, while the 12GB/512GB model is priced at Rs 99,999. The handset comes in black, blue, and green colour options. The company is also offering the 'Never Run Out' launch offer, where the 512GB variant will be available at the price of the 256GB variant. During the Early Bird period, customers can also receive a free phone damage protection plan worth Rs 9,999.

The launch offer also includes 4 months of Spotify Premium, 3 months of Google AI Pro, 3 months of YouTube Premium, and Jio benefits worth Rs 31,500. The Xiaomi 17 will be available across Amazon, mi.com, and Xiaomi retail stores starting March 18.
