Xiaomi Civi 3 To Launch on May 25; To Sport Dual-Tone Design

Xiaomi is all set to launch the Xiaomi Civi 3 in the Chinese market. This will reportedly be a female-focussed phone, and will launch on May 25. The smartphone is all set to go live at 2pm local time. A poster launched by the brand confirmed the date of launch as well as gave away details about its design.

The Xiaomi Civi 3 had also recently been spotted on Geekbench, which revealed several specifications of the phone. Let's take a closer look.

Xiaomi Civi 3: Design

As per the rear design of the phone visible on the posted released by the company, the Xiaomi Civi 3 is likely to have a circular camera module at the back. This rear camera module seems to be very different from predecessors of this phone.

The module will see a 50 MP main camera with OIS. A quad-LED flash is expected to accompany the cameras. Ultra-wide and portrait cameras are likely to be the other cameras in the module. On the front, the phone is expected to have a 32MP selfie camera.

Upcoming teasers of the phone, ahead of the launch, is expected to divulge more details about the design of the phone.

The phone is expected to be launched in four different dual-tone colours - ​​Rose Purple, Adventure Gold, Mint Green, and Coconut Gray.

Xiaomi Civi 3: Rumoured Specifications

The smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench, which confirmed some of the hardware specifications of the phone.

Xiaomi had earlier confirmed that the phone will be powered by Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor. The processor is likely to be accompanied by a LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

The phone is rumoured to have 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage.

Additionally, a 4,500mAh battery which supported 67W fast charging will also be part of the phone.

The Civi 3 is expected to have a 6.55-inch curved AMOLED display, which boasts of a FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone is expected to have an under-display fingerprint scanner.
