Chinese handset maker, Xiaomi is all set to launch its next smartphone dubbed as Redmi Pro at an event in Beijing tomorrow. Ahead of its launch, the company's CEO Lei Jun has posted an image holding the Redmi Pro smartphone.
As per the posted image, the smartphone is expected to come in unibody metal design. Talking about the specifications, the yet-to-be-launched Redmi Pro is expected to come packed with 5.5-inch Full HD OLED display along with Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X25 processor with Mali T880 MP4 as GPU.
Taking about the storage, this smartphone might come equipped with 4GB/6GB RAM, 64GB/128GB ROM under the hood. As per the report, this dual SIM smartphone will come with 12MP dual rear camera with Sony IMX260 and ISOCELL S5K2L1 sensors on board.
In terms of connectivity options, the so-called Redmi Pro might support 4G VoLTE, Wifi, Bluetooth 4.1, GPS. Further, the hardware inside is powered by a 3700mAh battery under the hood.
On the other hand, the company is also expected to launch its first Mi Notebook as some images of the very laptop has been surfaced on the Internet. As per the image, this laptop comes with the chrome finish along with USB Type-C port. As per the previous leaks and rumors, the Mi Notebook is expected to come in two variants.
If the rumor turns out to be true, the base variant of the Notebook will come packed with Intel Core i5-6200U processor with Intel HD Graphics 520, 8GB DDR4 RAM, 256GB SSD and up to 8 hours of battery life.
The higher-end variant of this Mi Notebook might come with a 15.6-inch display, Intel Core i7-6700HQ processor with NVIDIA GTX970M 4GB DDR5 graphics card, 16GB DDR4 RAM, and 512GB SSD.
