The physical home button might also have a fingerprint scanner and it is likely that the device is expected to bring USB Type-c port placed between two bottom side speakers side speakers and a 5.5 inch Quad HD screen. The device was initially expected to come this month, but it has been delayed for January 2016. The Mi 5 is likely to packed with Qualcomm's ultrasound fingerprint scanner. Analyst Pan Jiutang seems to suggest that the Xiaomi Mi 5 will come with the Qualcomm ultrasound fingerprint scanner. Even if this does not turn to be true, we can still be sure of seeing a traditional bio-metric scanner.

The Snapdragon 820 is also likely. However, we can also see a 8MP front camera. We can expect the device to launch in January and start shipping in February or March.
