Xiaomi Mi 6C featuring thin bezels and rear dual cameras spotted again

This is not the first time, we are seeing the smartphone. Earlier also, a couple of images as well as the specifications of the Xiaomi Mi 6C had surfaced online. This time, the leaked render sourced from Chinese micro-blogging site Weibo shows both the front and rear part of the device. According to the image, it will have really narrow bezels on top and bottom.

The side bezels, on the other hand, are almost non-existent. Despite having thin bezels, the alleged Xiaomi Mi 6C is shown featuring a physical home button. Since there is no fingerprint scanner at the back, the home button should double function as the fingerprint scanner.

The rear panel of the smartphone also shows the presence of dual cameras. The source further states the Mi 6C will be driven by Xiaomi's own Surge S2 processor. Surge S2 chipset is likely to the successor to the Surge S1 SoC, which made its debut in Xiaomi Mi 5C earlier this year.

As for the pricing, the source claims the Xiaomi Mi 6C will be sold at 1,699 Yuan (approximately Rs. 16,742).

Talking about other specifications, existing reports suggest the smartphone will sport a 5.15-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1080×1920 pixels and a screen ratio higher than that of the Mi 6. The display is also said to be covered by a 2.5D curved glass on top.

The rear dual camera setup of the Xiaomi Mi 6C is said to be comprised of a 12MP primary sensor and a 5MP auxiliary sensor. The device is speculated to be launched in two memory variants: the basica one with 4GB RAM with 64 GB internal storage and another with 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage.
