YU has been taking at dig at its competitor for the past week. They started it off by trolling the OnePlus 2 and now it seems that they aren't leaving the iPhone too!
The latest teaser of YU Yutopia shows the company touting its 32GB internal storage of the flagship device. The Homegrown brand however seized this opportunity to take a dig at the iPhone 6S of Apple. The image post by YU on their official Facebook page is followed by a caption - "$650 for a 16GB phone? Nothing has changed #Yutopia"

Apparently the brand is taking at dig at Apple for its pricing strategy. In fact the bunch of the YU Yutopia that were imported into India from China came with a price of Rs 20,295. However do note that this isn't the true indication of the retail price as import taxes and logistics charged will be further levied on it.
Last week only YU was seen taking a dig at the OnePlus by trolling the presence of a Full HD panel in a device which is being touted as the "2016 Flagship Killer". In the process of doing that YU stated that their upcoming Yutopia will come with a Quad HD display.
Previously Rahul Sharma, Founder of YU had posted on his Twitter account stated the YU Yutopia will the "most powerful phone on the planet". Apparently a GeekBench listing first leaked the specs of the upcoming device a month back. The benchmark listing indicated at a 5.2" QHD display, Snapdragon 810 SoC, 4GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. Beside that it stated that the YU flagship will come with a 20MP camera on the rear along with an 8MP selfie snapper.
YU Yutopia is reported to run on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop based build of Cyanogen OS post launch. Details regarding the launch data isn't clear as of now. However it is expected that YU will lay the wraps to the device by the end of this month. A Pre-Diwali launch is also on cards.
