ZTE Blade A7 Prime, Blade 10 Prime Unveiled; Price Starts At $99
ZTE is back with two new smartphones in the US after taking a break for a while. The ZTE Blade A7 Prime and the ZTE Blade 10 Prime are the latest devices from the brand with modern-looking aesthetics and mid-tier specifications. The Blade A7 is the affordable of the lot, whereas the Blade 10 Prime is not that expensive either.
ZTE Blade A7 Prime Specifications
The ZTE Blade A7 Prime bestows a 6.09-inch IPS LCD panel with HD+ resolution. And, it embraces a water-drop notch at the top with taller 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
MediaTek's Helio A22 octa-core chipset runs the show with 3GB RAM and 32GB onboard storage. The phone runs on Android 9 Pie with an almost stock-like user interface.
The phone has a single 16MP camera at the back with an f/2.0 lens and a 5MP fixed focus selfie camera at the front. For biometric authentication, the device offers a physical fingerprint sensor. A 3,200 mAh battery with USB Type-C port makes the rest of the phone.
ZTE Blade 10 Prime Specifications
In terms of raw hardware, the ZTE Blade 10 Prime feels a bit more competent with a 6.3-inch 1080p IPS display which also has a water-drop notch. This model gets the slightly powerful Helio P60 SoC paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage with Android 9 Pie OS.
The camera setup on the ZTE Blade 10 Prime also sees a major upgrade with a dual-camera array consisting of a 16MP primary sensor with an f/2.0 aperture lens paired with a 5MP depth sensor. Plus, the phone also uses a high-resolution 16MP selfie camera.
A 3,200 mAh battery powers the smartphone. This time, the phone supports USB PD 2.0 via the USB Type-C port.
Pricing And Availability
The ZTE Blade A7 Prime retails for $99 in the US, whereas the ZTE Blade 10 Prime costs $179. As of now, both models will be available exclusively from a pre-paid carrier named Visible.
