Philips W3500 Full Review: Camera and Video
The W3500 offers a 5MP primary camera at the back, and it's one of the most basic cameras that you will ever see. So don't go expecting big things since the camera is only meant to capture a few moments and store it on your phone.

The image quality isn't really the best you will see, however, it will get you through. Handsets are offered in certain segments owing to the overall manufacturing costs, and in this regard, we don't really blame Philips since it's an attempt by the company to offer first time Android users an option.

Low light photography still needs to be worked upon, while the lack of in-camera settings is also a big deal. We recommend that you snap a photo with the phone and further edit via a number of apps you get in the app store.

Also, it needs to mentioned that the handset doesn't offer a front facing camera. While we are guessing that the company needed to cut cost a bit and the exclusion of the front camera is one way of approaching it, but most others in the same league are indeed offering the same.
